For Wondrous Words Wednesday hosted over at BermudaOnion, the word that caught my eye this past week was ‘hiraeth ‘
Hiraeth: This is a Welsh word that has no direct English translation. (n) a homesickness for a home/place you can never return to, or which never was; the nostalgia, the yearning, the grief for the lost places of your past.
ABC Wednesday – This is a photo taken during our summer trip to India; this time, we wanted to include a visit to the Taj Mahal. It was a most memorable trip and I will include more details of the trip with tips in a future post.
The photo below was taken at Agra Fort, Agra India. The Taj is in the distance.
Continuing posting for UBC.

I like how you framed the Taj Mahal. Very cool.
Wow! I love seeing the Taj Mahal from your perspective. It feels like looking at a story rather than a snapshot. I also enjoyed learning a fabulous new word while I was here. Thank you!
Oh my goodness…such a teasing post! lol I'd love to see the Taj Mahal, but probably only will in pictures. So I will be back awaiting your posts about the trip.
