It is a new year and a time for new beginnings. As I had planned to get started all over once again this year, I decided to get started on working on one of my goals – writing poems. One of the first places I thought of on the world wide web was dVersePoetsPub – this is definitely one place where inspiration lives! And when I went over there, the talk was about New Beginnings.
We were asked to pick one or more images picked out – the one that spoke to us and let the words flow. At least three of the images drew my attention immediately but I was able to finalize on one to work on my first poem of the year.
